I run a neighbourhood store and coffee bar, and I build the systems behind it — from stock and staffing to the AI that does the work nobody wants to do twice.

01 What I do

Operate

Daily running of a small-format store and coffee bar: purchasing, supplier negotiation, stock discipline, shift scheduling for a team of eight, and the unglamorous arithmetic that decides whether a week made money.

Build

I turn repetitive work into software. Ordering that reads the till, schedules that match real footfall, price checks that run themselves, and reporting that arrives before I ask for it.

Ship

AI-run businesses end to end — brand, site, product, distribution — taken from an idea to something with users and a payment path, rather than a deck.

03 How I work

Measure, then move

Every change is tied to a number — margin, hours saved, cost per order. If it cannot be measured, it is a hobby.

Small surface area

Fewer suppliers, fewer tools, fewer promises. Complexity is a cost paid monthly.

Automate the repeat

If a task happens weekly and looks the same, it should not need a person.

Keep the receipts

Decisions get written down with the numbers behind them, so the next decision starts from evidence.

04 Contact

Open to conversations about retail operations, automation, and ventures where operational discipline is the missing ingredient.
